Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Neida Portable Toilets website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Neida Portable Toilets provides portable toilet rental, sanitation services, and related equipment in the Omaha, Nebraska metropolitan area. Service availability, pricing, and terms may vary by location and demand.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that will be provided upon booking. The rental agreement outlines specific terms including rental period, pricing, delivery/pickup details, and liability.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.

Liability

The renter is responsible for the condition of rented equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Neida Portable Toilets is not liable for injuries or damages arising from misuse of equipment.
